In order to have a small waist you’ll have to work hard to get it. One of the main things to do is to do ab exercises at least 3 times a week.
We’ve recently had an epiphany regarding various types of crunches or what a real waste of time and energy they can be.
One of the simplest and most effective ab exercises is actually a core-strengthening exercise in which you lie on your back, inhale and push the floor with your back, at the same time squeezing your abs. Hold this position for 5-6 seconds, release, and do 6×6 reps. Couple this exercise with planking and snacking on nuts and seeds and you’re guaranteed to build killer abs by summer!
