For guys in the gym, typically the mindset is bigger is always better, especially when it comes to your arms. While this is not always the case, most of the time a guy wants his arms to be the biggest, most noticeable part of his physique.

For a woman, though, this is most definitely NOT how it should be. The feminine physique, according to most tabloid magazines and TV shows, has the woman appearing thin and fit with an hourglass body.

Under no circumstances should a woman’s arms be as big as a man’s. But that’s not to say that women shouldn’t have muscles. In fact, many men find that a woman who is strong not just in personality is extremely attractive.

But many women are afraid to start working their guns for fear that they will be looked at as some kind of weirdo.

If you are one of those types, then have no fear. By following this workout guide, you will build subtle muscle that will grant strength without the massive bumps.
