Not For The Faint Of Heart
This move is no walk in the park – the hanging leg raise requires a certain amount of strength, so make sure you’re prepared before you hit the pull-up bar and start doing this move. And when you’re done with it, you can bet your abs will be stronger than ever.
Here’s how it’s done:
- Grab a pull-up bar and extend your arms and legs into a full hang.
- Squeeze your abs and raise your legs toward the bar as much as you can without bending your knees or swinging your body.
- Once you reach your maximum, lower your legs slowly to the starting position.
- Do 5-10 reps in 2 sets.
