Trim Your Figure In No Time With These 3 Simple Exercises

We all like to look good, but not that many of us like to work hard for it.

Whether it is your motivation that is lacking, or you don’t have time to go to the gym regularly, or you are simply a lazy person, these 3 simple yet highly effective moves will help you build muscle and sculpt your body in no time.

1. Dumbbell Clean And Press

This is one of the most effective exercises that engages your whole body.

HOW TO DO IT: Hold dumbbells in front of your thighs, bend your knees and then jump up in one explosive movement, shrugging your shoulders and pulling the weights up. Catch the weights at your shoulders and then press them overhead.

Once the move is done, lower to the starting position.

Do at least 6 reps.

2. Cable Squat With Row

This one is great for your arms and your torso.

HOW TO DO IT: Attach an EZ-curl bar to the low pulley at a cable station. With your arms extended fully, hold the handles and bend to lower your body until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Stand up and draw the handles to your rib cage, then straighten your arms back out in front of your chest.

Do as many reps as you can.

3. Dumbbell Burpee

HOW TO DO IT: Stand upright and hold light dumbbells at your sides. Bend down until the weights touch the floor, and kick your feet behind quickly so your body gets into the pushup position, with your hands resting on the weights. Now, do a pushup, and then bring your feet back underneath you and jump up. Make sure you land softly.

Do as many reps as you can.
