The Workout Routine
The workouts you need to perform are:
- The dumbbell goblet squat
- The dumbbell high pull
- The dumbbell overhead press
- The dumbbell bent-over row
- The mountain climb
- The dumbbell front squat
- The dumbbell Romanian deadlift
- The dumbbell renegade row
- The dumbbell alternating lung
- The dumbbell biceps curl
- The dumbbell swing
This workout routine consists of 4 sets. For the first set, perform 10 reps of each exercise: for the second perform 12 reps per exercise; for the third perform 15 reps per exercise; and for the fourth perform 20 repetitions of each exercise.
