Getting your figure close to perfect just like the self-professed fitness fanatic Khloé Kardashian did is hard, but doable.

The reality TV star likes to take things up a few notches at the gym all the time, and the results are not lacking, obviously.

Khloé Kardashian recently started her own reality weight-loss show called “Revenge Body with Khloé Kardashian,” and now we get to see what her favorite piece of GYM equipment really is.

Recently, the famous fitness enthusiast took to Instagram to show all her fans how she’s been incorporating “double-duty” regime into her workout plan in order to make the most of her exercises, and it seems that her favorite piece of equipment is “Battle Rope.”

“My trainers are all huge fans of battle ropes, which are used to target multiple muscles and get your heart rate up at the same time. It’s a win-win move that I love to hate!”

“The goal is to create a wave motion throughout the ropes from one end to the other,” continues Khloé. “I like to do as many reps as I can for 30 seconds, pause for 30 seconds and then repeat for about 5 minutes. You can either alternate the motion with your arms or swing the ropes at the same time.”

As it can be derived from the name – Battle Ropes are definitely no joke. This routine is a surefire way to incorporate cardio and some serious strength training into one single exercise.
