If you are a fan of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, you’ve probably noticed how this amazing WWE champion turned A-list Hollywood actor only gets bigger and bigger with every new movie he makes. It is almost as his body is photoshoped.
But the mind-boggling truth is that his body is very much real and The Rock works hard and eats plenty of caloric food to keep it that way. Dwayne Johnson’s physique is by far his top priority and he isn’t trying to hide it.
Quite on the contrary, though.
The Rock’s Workout Routine And Diet Is Simply Ridiculous
Luckily for us fans, The Rock oftentimes posts his workout routine online, along with his meals and diet plan via his Instagram account.

“He loves to train, so you struggle to keep him out of the gym,” said his trainer, Dave Rienzi. “When I started working with [Johnson], he was spending too much time in the gym, which was a little counterproductive, so I had to try to limit him to a really intense 45-60 minutes.”
Eating 6,000 Calories A Day!
For his latest role in “The Fate of the Furious,” Johnson managed to add 22 pounds to his already bulky and ripped body in order to deliver the most badass Hobbs yet.
“I’m stepping on set 260lbs of the meanest, strongest and most highly funny & entertaining s— talkin’ version of Hobbs the franchise has ever seen,” said The Rock in his Instagram video.
To gain those 22 pounds, he had to eat about 6,000 calories a day. Crazy stuff.
